The SARB065 Mechanical x Shinobu "Cocktail Time Cool" was the result of a 2010 collaboration with famed Japanese bartender Shinobu Ishigaki, designed specifically as a Japanese Domestic Model (JDM). It was one of three distinct Cocktail Time models based on Ishigaki's signature cocktails, with the other two being the limited edition "Sweet" and "Dry" variants.
