Our return policy allows you to return unworn products for ANY reason within 14 days of having received it for an exchange or a refund.
10% of your payment will be deducted as re-stock fee.
If the parcel arrived as damaged, items missing, incorrect items sent, or cases related as such, customers are expected to notify us within 48 hours of receiving our goods and we will take care of it.
Any returned product must remain in unworn, original condition, and in its original packaging.
If we receive a damaged or worn product, we will be unable to process your return.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible to notify us, and we will make all necessary arrangements.
If an exchange/replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
If confirmed lost, a refund/replacement will be issued.
Please note that changes or cancellations are not guaranteed; we recommend checking your order carefully before submitting it.
Orders placed Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (PST) may be edited or cancelled within 1 hour of order placement where possible.
Orders that are shipped before a cancellation has been confirmed must be returned by guidelines featured above.
Furthermore, if orders are to be cancelled prior to dispatch, a 10% restock fee will be deducted from your payment for canceling the order.
We offer 180 days limited warranty on all products sold on this.
During the warranty period, at our own discretion, if there proves to be a manufacturing or workmanship defect/fault under normal use within this period. Please contact us before your claims, photos of proof are needed.
Once we confirm the strap is eligible for claims as a manufacturers defect, we will repair or replace the strap free of charge and you will not be charge for the shipping costs.
All repair or replacement services will take up to 4-6 weeks to complete once we receive the defect/fault items. (Some exceptions apply – see below)

The limited warranty does not cover the following:
We don't accept items for refund which have been purchased on sale or discount code
We do not accept returns on items which have been altered for sale
Leather/ fabric, against wearing, aging, fading, pilling, natural markings, etc.
Damage resulting from improper handling, e.g. lack of care, accidents, aging from scratches
Damage resulting from negligent or improper repair by any service provider other than Strapcode
