Returns/refunds policy

We appreciate your selection of our products and aim to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand our procedures and expectations.

 

Returns and Refunds Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Our return policy allows you to return unworn products for any reason within 15 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or refund. Please note that to be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Restocking Fee Policy

Please note that a restocking fee of 10% of your payment will be deducted for any items that are returned in their original condition but for reasons other than product defects, such as customer's choice, change of mind, or any other reasons.

To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning the product to ensure its safe delivery back to us.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

In the event that your parcel arrives damaged, with items missing, or incorrect items sent, we apologize for the inconvenience caused and kindly ask you to notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate the matter promptly and issue a refund or replacement accordingly.

 

Return Product Condition

Any returned product must remain in its original condition, which includes being unworn and in its original packaging. We kindly request that you ensure the product is returned to us in the same condition as when you received it. If we receive a damaged or worn product, we will be unable to process your return.

 

Refund timeline and process

Please allow up to 21 days for the processing of your refund. However, the vast majority of refunds will be processed much more quickly. And, we will offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

 

Refund policy for taxes and duties on returned items

If you choose to return an item, we will refund you the purchase price only. Please note that any shipping fees, taxes and duties applied at checkout are non-refundable.

 

Final Sale Items

Final sale items, including clearance or discounted watch straps, are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.

 

Return or Exchange Procedure

Step 1:

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us at customer-care@strapcode.com as soon as possible to notify us, and we will make all necessary arrangements. We will work with you to ensure a smooth and efficient process for your return or exchange.

Step 2:

To speed up the handling time, please indicate the following information in both your email and return parcel:

  1. Order number
  2. Original item number
  3. Buyer's full name
  4. Return details
  5. Special instructions (if any)

Cancellations

  • Please note that changes or cancellations are not guaranteed; we recommend checking your order carefully before submitting it.

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (PST) may be edited or cancelled within 1 hour of order placement where possible.

  • Orders that are shipped before a cancellation has been confirmed must be returned by guidelines featured above.

  • Furthermore, if orders are to be cancelled prior to dispatch, a 10% restock fee will be deducted from your payment for canceling the order.

 

Limited Warranty

We offer 180 days limited warranty on all products sold on this website.

During the warranty period, at our discretion, if there proves to be a manufacturing or craft defect/fault under regular use within this period. Please get in touch with us before your claims. We will need photos of the defect or issue.

Once we confirm the strap is eligible for claims under the manufacturer's defect, we will repair or replace the strap free of charge. You will not be charged for the shipping costs.

All repair or replacement services will take up to 4-6 weeks to complete once we receive the defect/fault items. (Some exceptions apply – see below)

Please return the product by following our Returns Procedure.


Exceptions:

The limited warranty does not cover the following:

  • We do not accept sale items for a refund, nor items that have been purchased using a discount code.

  • We do not accept returns on items that have been altered for sale.

  • Leather or fabric: we do not accept returns regarding normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: ageing, fading, pilling or natural markings.

  • Damage resulting from improper handling, e.g. lack of care, accidents, ageing from scratches.

  • Damage resulting from negligent or improper repair by any service provider other than Strapcode.

  • Water damage
