We accept worldwide orders. Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping. We do our best to process your order as fast as possible. By tracking your order, just visit Strapcode.com again, log-in your account and clicking "My Account", the status of your order will show up for your reference. Shipping Rates (FREE OF CHARGE!!)
Worldwide orders are shipped by registered air mail provided by Hong Kong Post FREE OF CHARGE. This is a 10 day service to global destinations, so you can usually expect deliveries to reach you within two weeks, AFTER the time of dispatch. We also offer 3-7 days EMS Express Service for an extra fee.
3-Day FedEx Express
Items on express order will usually ship in 3-4 working days to USA (1 week to Europe). Our main choice of courier services is via FedEx. We charge a flat amount of $25.00 for FedEx express shipping.

Returns Policy
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for one time exchange, this policy apply to original list price buyer, we will not consider any exchange on discount items. Before returning the items, please notify us by e-mail. You are responsible to pay the return postage unless the items we send is in-correct, is damaged, or is missing parts. Item(s) which show clear signs of use is(are) not qualify to return. The purchase becomes effective upon the expiry of the 14-day return period.

Damaged or Defective Items
